Originals are Mitsuba, I found them at e-bay, for example: GENUINE HONDA CIVIC WIPER BLADE SET 06 | eBay not expensive, are they?

 

The ones they show are for auto wipers. They work on car with and without.

Oem you cant go wrong, im sure I read the bosch ones are too long or something isn't quite right

Bosch are OEM suppliers to many companies - so of good quality
They are £21 for a front pair on ECP

Cox honda always have a discount on these I paid around £21 for the pair (rain sensors) honda oem blades are actually better than aftermarket versions, weirdly it's usually the other way around

 

oem for me really good quality and they fit em for free at my local dealer

 

Bosch seem better for me. Cost me 26quid from euro car parts

We had a test here in sweden where they tested wiper blades. The result was that the cheapest one were as good as the expensive one. This wasnt Honda only but just a random test, volvos came last or something

 

Honda OEM for OEM fit and it's cheaper for once.

Halfords quoted me £31 for Bosch without fitting.

 

Just fitted some Bosch aerotwin weighted ones a few days ago. Real quality wipe and the curve is much springier so they stick to the screen better. About £25 on wiperblades.co.uk

 

I just fitted the Bosch aerotwin as well, good price of the interent. They seem perfect. No noise on streaking. The are a little longer than the OEM ones, but the fit the screen, very well. It takes about 2 minutes to fit both wipers. No problems. However in the longer term, how long they last etc, I can say.

 

I find the OEM wipers are poor for me, they smear going back down to rest position which is annoying, they where fine when I first put them on couple of weeks later they where the same as the ones I took off :/

Despite all efforts mine also do this, not impressed with them.

 

I have just fitted some OEM ones (Mitsuba) to replace OEM ones - they are easy to fit (check the manual if not sure how to do it) - took about 1 minute per blade.

As for longevity - having looked through the paperwork that came with my car it appears they were last replaced in July 2012.

They cost just over £9 per blade + VAT from a main dealer - so cheaper than Bosch

Worth noting when you clean the car, put some neat screen wash on a rag and wipe over the blades - this conditions the rubber (conditioning agent in screenwash) and cleans any grime off.

 

I've heard vinegar is good for cleaning the blades, but the problem I've found with them is the pressure vs the curvature of the blade isn't a good match that's why you get the smear strips, I have 2 on the drivers and one on the passenger side each about 1 inch across the full stroke of the wiper.

 

At brindley honda in cannock we do the genuine wipers for £16 collected or £20 delivered

 

I got bosh wipers for mine off eBay for 20 quid and they r by far best iv seen! They been on my car 3 months through hard winter and still good as new!

 

Do they look good on the car, like OEM fit? I imagine the clippy cover thing wont fit back on will it?

 

I'm gonna get some Bosch 402s or something. What's the crack with different lengths? Mine is a GT with rain sensors so don't want to get the wrong ones
