Fair price for MK 8 Civic 1.8 Auto 2011?

Just got a Cat N MK8 1.8 Auto from Gumtree mileage is circa 101,000 miles for £3k.

Cat N as front bump slightly scuffed underneath, is this price fair given its 2025?

No service history with the car or spare key, and car was messy inside and needed a deep clean.

Car has MOT and drives okay, have MOT and Service tomorrow.

I'd say no looking on Autotrader prices. Especially as there's no service history. How do you even know how well the car has been looked after? I have a 2008 2.2 Diesel and I have enough service history to fill two clear plastic folders it is that rammed with service history. No spare key either. What's the MOT history like, does it mention corrosion at all? Have you got it up on a ramp and had a good look round at it?
