Hi all im little stuck on what to do with my emblems as im back to Uni in the new year i thought i may as well stock up on some items so i have something to do over the weekends

i have been looking at emblems for my CRZ but not sure what to do just thought i would ask you lot on what you think.

Do i go with a Blue JDM emblem (reason blue not red because the interior lighting and stitching is blue)

or Plasti Dip my current one gloss black for the stealthy look? (its matte in the pics)

I know which is cheaper lol

I knew it was you when I seen the thread haha

What about yellow as well? Seen a few colours before for sale.

Also I was always worried about the legality of the blue emblem up front

HAHA ;) i know yeah Neo but for the bloody price i would be gutted if it weren't like $118 for front and back off our forum im not keen on the yellow if i had a yellow one it would have to look like the batman badge lol so i may go stealth but yet the blue is appealing

im drawn to the blue to be honest is it best to go with the pins or the sticky type

Right ive decided to buy RED emblems but its so differcult what fits the CR-Z nicely from what i have found is that my badge is 103mmx85mm the measuring the widest points of the badge but can i find that size any where nope [smilie=sad.gif]....so that left me to think where are the general measurment points taken from to determin a emblem size....I still cannot find out....... but after trawling the CR-Z forum many people have been fitting random size ones, mainly ones that cover the recess the original OEM emblem sits in (i kinda like this as makes car look more flush).....so i think ive narrowed it down to the front Red H emblem off a Honda FIT/JAZZ (which is originally off another Honda (shock) as it sits just into the contours of the recess slightly but the rear from what ive read is to be a EP3 Rear Red H badge.......now my final hurdle where can you locate these from with out paying over the odds.

The red H is a nightmare to fit the best option that my gf found was to get the same size of red H from the FN2 type r it fits the back prefect and only slightly smaller in the front she broke the retaining clips off and glued them in place, she bought them from the Honda dealer but at a price you could maybe get in touch with Matt at injection imports he maybe able to source it for you.

Ahh nice work :). I will look to find a blue crz badge then to fit my front grill :). Hope there not too much

There aint no blue ones mate only red you have to buy overlays for them to change to color im sure if you found a FN2 red H badge it would fit your civic

Front and back badges were from the FN2 back fits nicely the front is only slightly smaller than the OEM silver H on the Z there is picks of the red H on our mod thread

Tell your misses im well jel :( really good looking Z though mate fair play

You got the part number for the rear emblem Gp_kho.....thats a really nice fit i was going to buy the 75700-SMT-003 emblem as its W:98.40mm x H:79.65mm and the CRZ seems to be 100mm x 80mm im confused now ast the FN2 Rear looks like a snug fit[smilie=cwl.gif]i think im going to have to bite the bullet soon

Looks completely different sizes

#33 ·
i tought that but had it confirmed by a few companies now the the badge im after is taken from a 8th gen Type R and the rear for the CR-Z can take both the 8th gen and the new 9th gen....Honda never make things simple

What about the crz front will that fit a fn2 front aswell or?

#35 ·
james do you need the badge for your civic ?
