Hi dear forum members,
I'm the owner of a 2010 Civic 2.2, it has around 80k miles, is serviced properly, and it runs very nicely.
Today I was checking the engine prior to a roadtrip, I noticed a small seepage (please see the attached pictures for the location and the seepage itself), I'm not sure what this fluid is? It's mostly dirt and is barely liquid-ish. It could be fuel and/or coolant as the fuel filter is near that location and it was changed + the coolant bleed bolt is around that area as well. The car consumes around 600ml of oil between its 8000 mile services, but I guess all 2.2s do?

Please enlighten me of what you think of this situation! Cheers and thank you
