Suspension knock fn2 type r

Linked a video below of a knocking noise ive had for a long while now.

Ive reduced the noise down a bit by replacing outer tie rod and sway bar bushing as they where broken but i still cannot get the the bottom of this noise. And advise would be great

It's at its worse at the beginning of a drive and sometimes stops making noise after a bit of driving

get either Borg & Beck or SNR as they seem to be the best unless you can afford Honda :ROFLMAO:

might want to check the sub frame bolts if you changed the ARB bushes, 60Nm is the setting for torque wrench
