Hi guys

Please, do NOT buy from these people.

I have a pending order with them running now 3 months starting in 11th march. I totaled an order of about 6000 aed in parts. All mugen and spoon.

I had good communication with them up untill i paid! Then in march they said sometime in may?

Ive asked them several questions since then and they have ignored me ever since. I have asked them why they would just steal all my money like that and they straight ignore me.

I have no recourse as i can see it, except to let EVERYONE else know about it. Please save yourself the trouble. I was going to buy the mugen kit for my fn2 but it is a waste off time, money and effort buying from them!

Its now june of 2012 and i have nothing to show for all my money. and they still will NOT reply to my emails

DO NOT BUY FROM TOUGE DISTRIBUTION

(i'm not the only one who's had issues with them)
Is ther anyone who can help me? Thanks wayne.

How could they not stay in business??? They take large amounts of money and don't send anything back for it. It's a 100% profit and they're enjoying it while it lasts

Waiting 3 months is nothing where those guys are concerned. I waited 13 months for my Mugen Wing and eventually got a refund.

How did you pay? If it was Paypal then file a claim with them for a refund.

Yup, you're pretty much 100% protected when using a credit card. You'll get your money back and then your bank/card issuer will chase after Touge with their legal team.

I waited 8 months for my J's tower bar. There was good communication until 1 month after I paid, after that it was just me sending mails. Funny thing was, I always checked the tracking order but it always said 'Processing order', meaning it hadn't even been delivered! Only until I demanded a refund that was when they replied saying they don't do refunds and said it's being delivered the next day. All I can say is this company is really unorganised...

i think the guys at Injection have pretty much dis-associated themselves with anything Touge related Dave, which i find a bit worrying. They were happy to take the orders and by the looks of it, happy enough to jump ship once it went a bit sour.

Had a similiar issue with a now non trading sofa supplier years ago.
they were arrogant as hell until i set the credit card people on them.....
then out of nowhere got calls and sofa.

Give the credit card company a call, they have more experienced lawyers etc.

i think your wasting your breathe eric, they dont seem to want to answer anything concerning to Touge mate. i know james left a while ago as ive seen him on other forums.

I had a chat with James a few weeks back. Touge stopped returning calls and emails. When they did eventually respond they told him a load of rubbish.

They were getting the same treatment as us, :( and having taken thousands of pounds and passed it on in good faith were left to cop a serious amount of flak.

have anyone requested to "touge europe" to prove the request of parts from japan and the payment made to touge japan. If I was the buyer this was the first thing i would ask to see if this is true and the problem is from japan.

James and Matt were messengers of Touge, and shouldn't really be taking the blame. The real culprits are Touge themselves. I remember they directly replied one of my emails and just used excuses after excuses, and even tried to send me on a guilt trip about the Tsunami disaster - I ordered 5 months before that even happened!

The company is solely owned and run by a guy called Barry Smith. He is a total con man. He is taking peoples money for orders, bull*******g them about their orders being on their way with one made up excuse after another (along with guilt tactics as mentioned above), when the reality is, he hasn't even placed the order with the suppliers. He is then using peoples money to pay other debts.

He owes me a LOT of money for a very large order, and I am currently in the process of taking him to court over it.

From what I can gather on various forums, he owes a lot of people a lot of money, and he will just ignore any means of contact. His mobile number has changed and you won't easily find any information about the actual registered company, address etc. Fortunately I know every single detail about him and I will peruse this until he has paid me every single penny back, if it takes me till the day I die. People like this should be locked up.

Pretty much, although it looks like he had contacts in Japan who dealt with things that end, and a couple of people working for him over here on the forums etc. Seems the business is made out to be way bigger than it actually is though.

He chose the wrong person to rip off, I'll tell you that much. My solicitor and myself are going to have a field day with him.
