How to Install Fog light Kit Outside
Kit out of box

First Remove the flaps under bumper, One Screw Two Studs (both sides)

Then undo the screw and stud for the arch cover and carefully unclip cover to wing. (Both Sides)

Then remove two bolts and two studs on the underside of the bumper and the screw at the top of the bumper behind the arch cover, then gently prise off bumper, its just clipped across the top.

If you have headlight washers you will need to detach pipework and cap to avoid loosing all your washer fluid.

The inside of the bumper is stamped where the holes go so drill small pilot hole

Then drill 20mm holes from the outside, remove plastic covers and fit fog lights using bolt supplied,

Remove more studs from inside offside wheel arch to move liner enough to get behind washer bottle and locate blue cable with loose connector and attach light loom

Feed loom across front and attach earth cable

Clip to inside of crossmember and through to nearside
![]()
Refit bumper connecting fog lights and reattaching washer hose reversing above procedure.
Inside
Remove end trim from dash and remove screw

Prise off lower dash cover and locate mounting bolt
![]()
Fit relay bracket attach relay and plug blue cable into switch loom (Relay centre bottom Connector centre top)

Remove multiplug from above fuse box (second one up) and fit two cables from loom into plug, refit plug and put supplied fuse in number 6

Remove three screws under steering wheel and remove cowling,
Remove screws in stalk and replace with one in kit.

Box it all back together and there you go mission complete.
