Repair / Destroy wing mirrors SOD

Hi guys,
got a 09 CTR recently and noticed left wing mirror was a little lazy.
As I fixed one from my first 8th gen I told myself, that's a quick fix. 😕

Well, that turned in a disaster, cracked the blue box inside the part and now don't know how to fix it. Does anonyme knows if it's fixable? Where to I solder the leg know ?
BTW. Right leg still there 😅

Yea just buy new ones, lol. There was a Polish member here figured out the weak spot on the SOD and re-engineered it IIRC.

Hi All, I'm in the process of repairing my mirror SOD on both sides, I've bought the polyfuses and stripped both mirrors down. One of them has been easy, looking just as I expected it to, the little yellow polyfuse sticking up and with a fair size split in it. Old one out, new one in position...

I bought a pair of these recently from an ebay UK seller...bit cheaper than the Polish ones !
