I'm officially a member of this club. Just hit the 200.000 km mark in late 2023 on my 1.8 Sport 5door. I'm already at 205.000 km now.

Between 180.000 and 200.000 had the first "issues" with car:
1- Clutch kit, alternator and thermostat, replaced
2- Disassembled the whole instrument cluster and got the PCB resoldered
3- Had to replace all the rubber exhaust hangers because I was getting a lot of vibration after hitting my wife's car while reversing in our driveway 1 year before.

Other than that it's just a matter of paying for the regular expenses like petrol, Mobil 1 0W40 oil (switching to this from 0W30 helped to reduce oil consumption a bit), Honda OEM oil filters, cleaning my K&N induction kit filter yearly, the occasional battery every 4-ish years, Brembro/Greenstuff brake pads (I have Accord CH2 twin pot front calipers), and 18'' Goodyear Eagle F1 tires.

Hopefully I'll be able to squeeze at least 300.000 km out of this warhorse now that I have it sorted out.
Just a damn shame the suspension makes it ride so crashy, otherwise it'd be the perfect car for me.

Nip back when you're on 200k miles 😉🤣

My 2.2 is at 415000 km/ 265000 miles, all I've done in 70000 miles of ownership is unclog EGR and change aircon compressor clutch and rear struts - so very happy overall seeing as I bought it at 190000 miles; but started to make thrashing noises at idle from timing chain area. Will ask for quotes and continue driving but with troubled mind...

I was sad to see mine go, but it was going to cost far more than the car was worth to keep it going. I'm now back in the sub 100k club with my latest car (it had 63k miles when I got it), however I have put over 3000 miles on since buying the car in June!

Mine is on 168K miles and I just had the rear axle beam replaced as it was severely rusted, which maybe explains why it was hard crashing over bumps in the road at the rear of the car, seems to ride better now, 1x droplink, headlights adjusted and the MOT retest for £670. So I've spent on the car now, and I am determined to get to the 200K club wish me luck. Mine is 2008 2.2 Diesel, boot not leaking yet, manifold ok so far, clutch definitely slipping but it has for the 3 years I've owned the car, it fixes itself for a month or two then goes again. I've had clutch and gearbox fluid replaced. Anyway onwards to 200K (I hope! ). I dunno if I should get the car undersealed but I expect it costs a lot to do it right and well I should have done that when I bought the car really as I knew the rear axle hadn't ever been replaced.

Estimate to 200K well I did 6K miles in the last year, but I've been offered a job provisionally almost 30 miles away from me, if that comes off then I will be doing 14-15K miles a year, so the estimate is around 3 years.

I used lanoguard, from eBay UK. Got it for £90 I think. Seems to hold up well, sprayed my drop links and the underside, turns black no sign of rust yet, so works nicely. Car is a 2011 civic 1.4 si 65k. I do about 14k a year now. Nice to see someone looking after these civics for longevity, great job😉

‘Twas but the alternator pulley clutch, a mere trifle to fit a used alternator and she’s up to 275k miles now

275K sounds good. My 2.2 is approaching 250K miles and still going strong. Just replaced the clutch fluid as when hot it was slipping in high gears. Hoping it is the auto adjuster issue which others have reported. That said the prior clutch and dmf was replaced at 68k so it maybe on its last legs.
